Shipping

Orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel and tracking is provided on all orders.

To track your order enter the supplied tracking number in the Australia Post website at http://auspost.au/track

Orders will only be sent once full payment has been received.

Please allow up to two weeks for made-to-order or bespoke items to be completed and dispatched. Ready-to-wear products will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders containing both made to order and ready to wear products will be shipped once the entire order has been completed, unless arranged otherwise.

Please note we are just a small business and cannot be liable for any missing parcels. In the case of an order not received, we will contact Australia Post and lodge a missing parcel enquiry, endeavouring to have the issue resolved as best we can, but we can only go on the information they provide us. Parcel Post does not include insurance. Please inquire if you would like to upgrade your order to signature on delivery.

If you select Pick Up in the shipping tab, we will email you once your order is ready for collection to arrange a collection time.
