Returns

Bespoke clothing:

Please understand that all custom-made orders are not offered an exchange or refund, unless the product is deemed faulty.

Please take your time when ordering any custom-made clothing. If you make an error during the ordering process please get in touch as soon as possible to try and rectify the problem prior to production.

Ready-to-wear clothing:

We will happily accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size purchase for any of our ready-to-wear clothing. Your item must be returned within seven business days from the date of purchase, with tags still attached. Please contact us prior to returning your item.

All items must be in the original condition and packaging, unwashed and unused. Once we have received the returned items, we will advise you via email of the process for an exchange or refund request.

Please note: change of mind returns and exchange shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Faulty items:

In the event that a product is either faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be considered after that time. If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a full refund or exchange.
